Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with the lemon-herb mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs and lemon slices.
