Lemon and Herb Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with the lemon-herb mixture.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with extra herbs and lemon slices.
